1. Booking and Payment:
   a. All bookings are subject to availability.
   b. A 30% deposit is required for the confirmation of the booking.
   c. Payment is required in full at the time of arrival in order to begin the boat or fishing trip.
   d. We accept payment through approved methods listed on our website.
   e. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but once a booking is confirmed, the price will not change.

2. Cancellation and Refunds:
   a. Cancellations made by the customer are possible up until 48 hours before the trip.
   b. In case of customer cancellation, the deposit is non refundable.
   c. In case of adverse weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule trips. In such cases, we will provide a full refund or offer an alternative trip.

3. Safety:
   a. Safety is our top priority. All participants must follow the instructions provided by our crew and adhere to safety regulations.

   b. Participants must disclose any relevant medical conditions or physical limitations that may affect their ability to participate in the trip.
   c. Life jackets are provided on board.
   d. All minors should be accompanied by at least one adult of 21 years of age or older.
   e. If you have any dietery restrictions or alergies please notify us at the time of booking!

4. Liability:
   a. We shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage to personal belongings during the trip.
   b. Participants engage in our trips at their own risk and are responsible for their own safety.
   c. We recommend that participants have appropriate travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.
   d. We are unable to provide any assurances regarding the fishing outcomes or the likelihood of a catch..
